You can plan your event yourself with some prior planning and thought.
Taking clear steps to plan out your party ahead of time and on the day of the party will greatly improve the success of your party and help you enjoy the event as much as your guests. There are professionals or rental staff that are experienced with supplies for parties and events and are ready to help you make your event a success.
6-8 Weeks Before Your Party
Set a Budget.
Choose the type of party (buffet, sit-down dinner, etc)
Decide on date, time and place.
Contact planning services if you intend to use one.
Prepare a guest list with addresses and phone numbers.
Purchase invitations.
3-4 Weeks Before The Party
- Address and mail invitations.
- Plan food and beverages to serve.
- Arrange for extra help, such as a bartender, cook, server, or baby-sitter.
- Decide on your seating arrangement. Round tables or square tables. How many people at each table?
- Consider the weather; do you need tents, heaters, umbrellas.
- Color schemes, decorations.
- Type of music or entertainment.
- 1-2 Weeks Before The Party
Call to confirm all orders and extra help (photographer, bartenders, servers…).
Create an attending guest list from the RSVP’s your received.
Confirm that all final payments due for services have been paid.
The Day Before The Party
- Clean your home or yard.
- Set out supplies for party.
- Create a time chart of the day of the party.

48” table seats 6-8 (6 comfortably)
